How to read firdous for 1st year MBBS physiology?

HOW TO READ FIRDOUS FOR 1STYEAR MBBS PHYSIOLOGY?

Purpose of this post is to aware students of 1styear MBBS who have studied any other book for physiology except Guyton. As Guyton is the main and authentic book of physiology and it is also recommended book of physiology by university of health sciences, Lahore. But the main drawback of Guyton is that it is too much lengthy due to which students can't cover whole physiology within specified period of preparation time. Students can use other helping books too for this purpose but there are some topics which can be covered properly from Guyton and Hall only. In this post i have given list of those topics which must be prepared from Guyton in order to attain good marks in UHS professional examination. Even if you have studied Guyton as your main reading book for 1styear MBBS physiology, you should also keep review book with which can be either Firdous or BRS Physiology. The advantage of keeping review books is that you can go through all topics within 1 to 2 hours just before exam or class test.
